French Fashion House Yves Saint Laurent has signed British actress Emily Blunt as the new face of its Opium fragrance.
The 28-year-old star of The Adjustment Bureau said she was honoured to have been chosen.
"It is really exciting to embody a fragrance which has stood the test of time without its allure ever being diminished," said Emily.
"Being a part of this new campaign and being able to tell the story of this very evocative fragrance is a real thrill."
Yves Saint Laurent President Renaud de Lesquen said: "Over and above her beauty and elegance, we were impressed by the career and artistic options of Emily. She quite obviously embodies who we feel to be today's Opium's woman."
The new television and photographic ad campaign will officially launch in December, but in the meantime YSL have released a sneak-peak trailer.
